Forest Ecosystem Services - Model ToR

The model Terms of Reference (ToR) developed by the e-Parliament looks at best practices in forest management and how forest incentives can be strengthened and tailored to different forest countries. It aims to help legislators from tropical forest nations to begin an expert review and develop legislation or national policy on incentives for forest conservation, development and sustainable management.
