Minutes of Paris Roundtable published
04/02/09 LONDON. The minutes and presentations from the Roundtable on Grid Infrastructure, which took place in Paris on November 21st 2008, have been made available for download on the e-Parliament website.
At the meeting, legislators joined civil servants, and representatives from business, NGOs and academia to discuss possible trans-Mediterannean connections to accelerate a shift to renewable energy.
Presenters included representatives of the French Ministry for Energy, Ecology and Sustainable Development, and electricity transmission experts from industry (ABB), the German Aerospace Agency and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research.
